Please note the following correction in the article "Relay
Exchange Rule is Clarified" in the 2013 Pre-Meet Notes. On page 2, first
column, last sentence in the last full paragraph should read:
"The baton must be in sole possession of the outgoing runner before the
competitorbaton exits the zone.”
