The
IAA journal is published quarterly, and is for high school athletic directors

NFHS News is published nine times a year and is the "National Voice
of High School Activities." It provides state high school associations, athletic

NFHS Record Book
The
NFHS publishes the National High School Sports Record Book, which is a compilation
of all-time records of high school girls and boys in 15 different sports.
The records are maintained by the NFHS through a detailed system of verifying
recording and preserving the accomplishments of high school student-athletes.
This program brings proper recognition to boys and girls who have achieved
unprecedented performances in interscholastic athletic competition.

The National Federation of State High School Associations' official playing rules, available in 17 sports for boys and girls, are the official rules for virtually all high school athletic competition in the United States. Rules books for each sport are specifically written for high school participation and are designed to clearly explain all aspects of the game while promoting and preserving the sound traditions of the sport and the safety of participants. Advertising opportunities include single page insertions and the NFHS "Stuck in The Middle" ad program.

NFHS
Sports Medicine Handbook
The NFHS Sports Medicine Handbook will be developed to better educate and
prepare coaches and Athletic Directors on sports medicine issues. The goal
is to provide the handbook to our 17,500 member schools. Sponsors have the
opportunity to promote their product or service to coaches and athletic directors
across the country.
A Guide for College-Bound Student Athletes
and Their Parents
This popular guide was developed as a tool to better serve the student-athletes
and their parents with the process of preparing for the selection of a college
or university. The guide includes updated information on NCAA and NAIA requirements.
Court and Field Diagram Guide
This guide is a comprehensive publication containing current diagrams,
descriptions and dimensions of playing fields and courts used in 50 sports.
This guide is a must for athletic directors, coaches, building and grounds
supervisors, architects and others involved with sports administration.

High School Athletic Directors Exhibit Show
This show which is held in December is in conjunction with
the National Conference of Athletic Directors.
The exhibit show has over 250 athletic-oriented companies that come to
show off their products and services to the over 1700 attendees that make all
the purchasing decisions. Exhibitors are
encouraged to take advantage of the many conference sponsorship
opportunities. The exhibit show
continues to grow from year to year. For

Leadership Conference
The Annual Leading Together Student Leadership Conference will bring
together high school students from across the country who participate
in interscholastic athletic and fine arts activities. This program will cultivate
their leadership skills as high school students and beyond through The Citizenship
Through Sports and Fine Arts Curriculum.

NFHS Coach Education Program
This new program provides coaching education for both coaches who are currently
licensed high school teachers as well as non-teacher coaches drawn from the
community to meet the growing need for high school coaches. In the past
year over 31,000 coaches took the NFHS courses. Sponsors will

Hall
of Fame
The NFHS Hall of Fame started in 1982 honors athletes, coaches, contest officials,
administrators and others for their extraordinary achievements and accomplishments
in high school athletics. Inductees include Jesse Owens, George "Pat"
Summerall, Chris Everett, and Tom Landry.
